Our store permits defective and non-defective returns together with exchanges.
Customers have 30 days after delivery to apply. Merchandise qualifies only while new and unused and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.
Mail is the return route, using the free return label supplied in the package. We impose no restocking fee. Changing one's mind, selecting incorrectly, or personal preference are valid non-defective reasons, alongside damage, defect, wrong fulfillment, missing contents, or a significant mismatch with the description.
Authorization is required before dispatching a return. Send the order number, email used at checkout, and a clear reason; image or video evidence of product and packaging is required for damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing contents. Exchanges are stock-dependent. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
